Introduction
The Al Andalus, a Renfe luxury train, offers you the privilege of travelling in a palace on wheels.
A train that evokes the Belle Epoque, unmatched in terms of comfort, elegance and spaciousness. Its carriages have a long history of luxury and sophistication behind them. Explore the rich scenery, history and gastronomy of Spain on one of the world’s most exclusive trains, the ‘Al Andalus.’
The Train: The suite cars and rooms that currently make up the Al Andalus train are to the same series as those that were built in France at the beginning of the last century to take the members of the British monarchy between Calais and the Cote d’Azur. Together with the ballroom cars, also manufactured during this period, they form a unique train in which the original elements coexist with the technical advances of cutting-edge materials and developments, for maximum comfort and safety. There are 20 Deluxe Suites and 12 Grand Class Rooms.
Grand Class Room: Cosy room with wood veneer panels, featuring two single beds which are transformed during the day into comfortable armchairs, leaving space for reading or to enjoy the landscape from the privacy of your suite. It has a bathtub or shower, wardrobe, luggage compartment, safe, minibar and adjustable air-conditioning.
Deluxe Suite: Features a double bed which transforms during the day into a comfortable sofa, leaving space for reading or to enjoy the landscape from the privacy of your suite. It has a bathtub or shower, wardrobe, luggage compartment, safe, minibar and adjustable air-conditioning.
