Itinerary
Day 1 : Jabalpur > Bandhavgarh National Park
On arrival at Jabalpur Airport, you will be met and privately transferred by road to Bandhavgarh National Park (approximately 4 hours). Once the hunting reserve of the Maharaja of Rewa, Bandhavgarh is now one of India’s premier tiger habitats, set amongst forested valleys and rocky ridgelines.
Days 2 & 3 : Bandhavgarh National Park
Early morning and afternoon you will enjoy open-jeep safaris with an experienced naturalist which offer the best opportunity to track the elusive Bengal tiger. The park is also home to leopard, sloth bear, deer, and abundant birdlife.
Between safaris, relax at your lodge or join a guided nature walk with the in-house naturalist. As an alternative to one of the safaris, you may also choose to explore the historic Bandhavgarh Fort, one of the region’s most significant landmarks.
Day 4 : Bandhavgarh National Park > Jabalpur
After breakfast, transfer by road to Jabalpur Airport for your onward flight.
