Itinerary
Day 1 : Saigon › Phan Thiet
Your journey begins in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), where you will be transferred to the station and welcomed into the SJourney VIP lounge before boarding your luxury train.
Settle into your elegant cabin before joining fellow travellers in the restaurant carriage for a welcome reception and dinner. As the train departs Ho Chi Minh City, enjoy the gentle rhythm of rail travel and your first evening aboard SJourney.
Day 2 : Phan Thiet › Tuy Hoa
Arrive in Binh Thuan and explore the region’s spiritual and culinary heritage. Visit Ta Cu Mountain, a revered Buddhist pilgrimage site offering panoramic views and the peaceful Linh Son Truong Tho Pagoda. Continue to the Fish Sauce Museum in Phan Thiet to learn about the history and importance of this iconic Vietnamese ingredient, followed by a coastal lunch featuring local specialties.
In the afternoon, discover the Poshanu Cham Towers, a fascinating reminder of the ancient Champa civilisation, before returning to SJourney for dinner as the train continues north.
Day 3 : Tuy Hoa › Tra Kieu
Explore the tranquil province of Phu Yen, where cultural heritage and traditional craftsmanship remain an important part of local life. Visit Mang Lang Church, one of Vietnam’s oldest churches, before continuing to Phu Tan Mat Weaving Village to observe artisans preserving the traditional craft of rush mat weaving.
Enjoy a seafood lunch showcasing the flavours of the region before returning to SJourney for a relaxing afternoon onboard. Take in the passing countryside before enjoying a final dinner in the restaurant carriage.
Day 4 : Tra Kieu › Hoi An > Danang
Enjoy a final breakfast onboard as SJourney arrives in Quang Nam, a region celebrated for its rich cultural heritage and proximity to the historic trading port of Hoi An.
Following disembarkation at Tra Kieu Station, continue your journey with a private transfer to Hoi An or Da Nang International Airport for your onward arrangements.
